By keeping operating costs and overhead low, we are able to price competitively without compromising quality. Specializing in Full Turn-Key Hospitality Contracting, Water Damage, Room Refresh & Preventative Maintenance Programs.
PSS prides on being hands-on every step of the process, assisting Properties and Engineering Management with the best decision to increase the value of the property. By utilizing in-house applications designed per property we are able to provide Hotel Ownership & Management with teal-time and up-to-date communication on each task per project or program.

Gordon D. Rutledge III, Chief Executive Officer:
Gordon has successfully managed over $200 million dollars in institutional, industrial, school, commercial and residential projects. Gordon has over 15 years’ experience in the industry including supervising two of the largest GSA and school Renovation projects to date in the state of California & Colorado. Gordon has extensive experience managing crews & subcontractors that range from 5 up to 200 men. He works directly with office staff and field personnel in coordination with owner representatives and subcontractors for assigned projects. Gordon performs, field quality control oversight, pre-construction planning, project estimation and troubleshooting, he oversees field operations and observes safety procedures in the field. His quality assurance goals are set at an extremely high level and he expects nothing less from his crews.
Kenny Manley, Sr. Project Manager:
Kenny’s strong background in supervision of expansive, complex Hospitality projects allows him to provide in-depth knowledge of building practices and regulatory compliance issues. He is a valued team member that is qualified to review and evaluate bid documents, estimate costs, chart projections and lead cross-functioning project teams. He works daily with all trades to ensure the highest quality of workmanship is executed.
Joel Arizmendiz, Project Manager:
Joel Arizmendiz is responsible for the day-to-day operations, including jobsite and administrative activities, for all projects at Welk Resorts. Joel began his career with PSS Inc. in 2012 and has more than a decade of experience.
Corrina Evola, Operations Manager:
Corrina holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and started her career in residential construction management 10 years ago. She manages daily operations of PSS Inc., working alongside vendors, subcontractors, and clients to provide quick and efficient service.
